The North West University (NWU) Business School’s Policy Uncertainty Index (PUI) has come in lower in the third quarter of the year, having declined from 76.2 in the second quarter to71.8 in the third quarter.
The PUI, nevertheless, “remains well in negative territory for now”, says NWU.
