Dipula grows revenue, NAV and portfolio value, but distributable earnings decrease

JSE-listed real estate investment trust Dipula Income Fund increased its revenue by 3% year-on-year to R1.4-billion and its net asset value (NAV) by 2.1% year-on-year to R6.1-billion for the financial year ended August 31. Distributable earnings, however, decreased by 6.9% to R514.2-million.
